Nathan's Session - Mar 2025
The first of (hopefully) many more sessions at Nathan’s started with a party - we heard everything from Nana Mouskouri through to Einstürzende Neubauten.
commentsThey are obviously influenced by Pink Floyd and some of the more progressive English bands but have an edge like Tool and Porcupine Tree. However, they do just sound like Riverside.
The beautiful and melodic guitar tones throughout the album are especially poignant - Piotr Grudzińsk, the guitar player, died in February this year.

commentsWe explored Japanese music (or at least music vaguely inspired by or related to Japan), with a brief diversion to celtic music, and admired Martin’s lutherie skills.
